I only had 1:10 before the gym closed. I got 8 sets chest, 4 sets triceps, 15 minutes of swimming laps (10 laps), and 20 minutes in the dry sauna.

I kept up with the daily superset routine followed by running, swimming, and dry sauna for 3 days last week. My swimming is past 1/8 mile, but not a 1/4 mile yet. Not much more than 15 days until the traithlon. I need to be able to swim 1/2 mile by then.

Legs and Back: I have been jumping straight from one group to another without resting between sets, and 4 sets for each exercise.
Squats, Dead lifts, Leg Extensions, Upside-down Sit Ups, Leg Curls, Seated Rows, Calf Raises, Lat Pulls
1 Mile run at 8 min mile
5 laps in the pool
