My knee got cleared this morning and I went to the gym after work. It was a long day. At the orthopedic before 8:00 am and I saw patients from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm. Then to the gym. The Training Journal.

I did not participate in the triathlon or race this weekend. I plan on making it to the doctor this week to hve my left knee examined.

I am 99% sure I will be scratching my Triathlon plans. I'll shoot for next years event.

I didn't make it back to the gym after Tuesday. The later part of the week was really busy for me. I'll get back in there tonight for sure.
The race at Lick Creek was cancelled due to heavy lightening in a storm that stalled over the area. After the lightening stopped, Philip let everyone who had come to race, practice at no charge on the some what muddy track.
